SNV products undergo strict durability testing, covering waterproofing, impact resistance, corrosion protection, and reliable performance under extreme temperatures and UV exposure.
Suitable Subheading
To protect against external impacts, our devices are built with IK10-rated glass. Each panel undergoes strict durability testing to validate its strength:
- A 5 kg steel ball is dropped from a height of 0.4 meters to simulate real-world impact scenarios
- The glass remains fully intact with no cracks or damage
This testing ensures the robustness and long-term resilience of our screens in demanding environments.
Waterproof Testing
All SNV outdoor digital signage is engineered with robust waterproof protection to ensure reliable performance and long-term durability, even during heavy rainfall.
To maintain the highest quality standards, each unit undergoes IPX5 Water Jet Testing, during which:
- Water is sprayed from all directions for a minimum of 3 minutes
- A 6.3 mm nozzle delivers a flow rate of 12.5 liters per minute
The result: no damage, no water intrusion, and consistent operation in demanding outdoor environments.
Built for Extreme Environments
Our outdoor digital signage is engineered to perform reliably under the harshest environmental conditions, including temperature extremes, humidity, solar exposure, and other outdoor challenges.
- Temperature Protection: Our LCD displays are tested to operate consistently within a range of -20°C to +68°C, ensuring dependable performance in diverse climates worldwide.
- UV Protection: Rigorous laboratory testing evaluates performance and heat dissipation under prolonged solar exposure, guaranteeing screen longevity and stability in direct sunlight.
This ensures our displays deliver uninterrupted operation and durability in any outdoor setting.
Advanced Corrosion Resistance
SNV digital signage devices feature a robust, high-quality finish engineered to deliver superior corrosion protection. This durability is rigorously validated through standardized Salt-Spray Testing, during which:
- Units are subjected to continuous saltwater mist for up to 240 hours.
- Results confirm zero presence of rust or material degradation.
